Over the last nine months, our relationship with Charity of the Year, BulliesOut, has continued to grow and develop in many ways. From our nominated charity, to our partners in business, here’s our story so far.
We chose BulliesOut as our Charity Of The Year in March 2015, due to their incredible commitment to helping victims of bullying across Wales. We committed to raising £2,500 for them by March of 2016, and are well on our way.
The end is not quite in sight, however, as we fully intend to continue our relationship with BulliesOut beyond March, when we will select a new Charity of the Year.
BulliesOut are thrilled to partner with Steps Training for the delivery of our training for professionals. Steps trainers are highly skilled and experienced and the partnership will ensure our training reaches the wider community and has a higher level of consistency, leaving us to focus on our work with young people. – Linda James
Part of our collaboration will involve running a handful of brand new courses, with focus on bullying and its effects. ‘Understanding and Exploring Bullying’ and ‘Creating a Safe and Healthy Workplace’ will be available to book soon, with more on that still to come. Watch this space for even more great new courses, to be announced soon! All open courses will be facilitated by us at our venues, while in-house courses will be arranged by BulliesOut.
Over the past 9 months we have worked closely with BulliesOut, not only fundraising but building a valued working relationship. We feel passionately about the work that BulliesOut undertake and are really enthusiastic about delivering their training, the first course being facilitated in Cardiff later this month – Katie Farmer
