The training which was held at a local hotel was very well structured and met the needs of my staff.  Everyone on the course felt that at the end of the first day they had taken part in a very well presented training experience, they felt that they were all involved and allowed to contribute at a level that they felt comfortable with, everyone left the first day looking forward to attending the second session.

Session two did not disappoint and followed on seamlessly from day one.  I feel that my staff have benefited greatly from the training, they are more confident when dealing with clients as they feel that “grey areas” have been removed which is allowing them to work without fear of unwittingly crossing boundaries.

I found that the tutor was excellent; he assessed then worked to the individual needs of my staff while he delivered the training.
