All courses delivered by Steps Training Ltd are fully certified and accredited. Our focus on Quality Assurance ensures that your training day is delivered by a team who have the experience, skills and qualifications to deliver a comprehensive program of training in their chosen field of expertise.

It is the policy of Steps Training Ltd to ensure that the customer’s requirements are fully and completely satisfied in an effective, efficient and safe manner throughout all stages of the contract.

To assist in achieving this policy, the company has developed a management system that covers all areas of the company’s activities. This System is based on good working practices and complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, And all relevant statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements.

The Institute of Conflict Management

The ICM is a key stakeholder working with the Health and Safety Executive and other organisations in setting standards for the prevention and management of aggression and conflict.

Registered Provider with the CPD Standards Office

Steps Training are an Official Registered Provider with the CPD Standards Office. CPD accreditation is nationally recognised and there are currently 1300 professional bodies, institutes and membership associations representing industries professions throughout the UK. Take a look at the 3 minute guide to CPD for further information.

Any delegate attending the following courses will now be issued with an accredited CPD Certificate of Attendance, which they can subsequently use within their formal CPD record for a professional body, institute or employer.
